HEIDI BUSHELL- Lead Practitioner

Heidi decided she wanted to work with children whilst doing voluntary work as treasurer for another playgroup. She went on to complete an NVQ level 3 in Childcare and Education. In addition to her supervisory roles, Heidi also serves as the setting’s SEN Co-ordinator.

CHERI HANNENT - Assistant Supervisor

Cheri was formerly a pensions administrator and started as Little Tractors as Playgroup Assistant in 2005. In September 2009, she completed her NVQ level 3.

WENDY LAMBERT - Playgroup Assistant

Wendy spent 10 years in nursing before having her family and is currently assistant Cub Scout leader in Long Stratton. She has been working at Little Tractors since 2005.

The Keyperson System

Each child attending Little Tractors will be provided with a Keyperson: a member of staff within the setting who will be the setting’s link to your child’s family / home get to know your child well and form a strong attachment seek to provide the kind of consistent, continuous care needed to foster confidence and positive self-esteem. Our keypersons are currently Heidi and Cheri.
